General Return Policy
If for any reason a product is not meeting expectations or issues arise, please contact Hito through the form below. In most cases, understanding the situation can lead to a successful plan of action. If a solution cannot address the situation, issuing an exchange or refund is likely the next step.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our return policy applies up to 60 days from the date of purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a full return and refund, your item must be unused or minimally used, without any signs of damage, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, or to request a refund or exchange, please complete the form below.
Refund Disbursement
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment. Please allow a few business days for returns to process after confirmation of refund.
Normal Use
All bonsai pots may develop wear and tear over time. These include, but are not limited to, scratches; dents; cracks; stains; discoloration; mineral build-up, or other such impairments. We cannot accept returns or refunds for pots that develop these type of issues. Material performance-related issues, such as a part breaking from expected use, may fit conditions for return or refund. Such issues are encouraged to be reported as performance-related feedback and opportunities for product improvement. Please begin by completing the form below.
Sale & Wholesale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Items purchased through wholesale are treated normally and are eligible for returns, refunds & exchanges.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be completed for items that arrive broken, are defective, or have specific undesirable features from specific product series, such as Series Ni concrete pots. To request an exchange, please complete the form below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise noted in correspondence. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is recommended you obtain a shipping tracking ID. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
